What a LesStressLLC workshop is designed to do is to have you experience various ways to calm your mind and relax your body in a healthy and immediate way. What you learn in class, you will be able to apply in any situation and at any given moment. It is perfect for busy people or for people who don't enjoy exercise. If you have tried meditation and find it difficult, this workshop can help you begin to have more successful meditations.
